Hi! I'm Trent. Entrepreneur and Business Coach, dedicated to helping business owners gain clarity on their company's vision, mission and values ensuring they are building their high-performance team along the way.

 

After 25 years in client service industries, I saw what many leaders feel but rarely say out loud. Success without alignment is burnout in disguise. That’s why I created Motivision, a leadership alignment and performance coaching company that helps business owners and their teams align their mission, vision and core values to create real and lasting impact.

 

Our work is grounded in proven frameworks, people-first leadership, and purpose-driven performance. We work with growth-minded owners (typically leading businesses $1.5M+ in revenue) who want more than short-term wins, they want alignment, culture and a business that fuels their purpose.
